  • All prices on the website are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • We reserve the right to correct price changes and typographical errors.

  • Offers are valid while supplies last.

  • In the event of obvious errors in pricing or description, we reserve the right to cancel orders.

  • An agreement is concluded as soon as you place an order and receive an order confirmation via email.

  • Delivery Times:

  • Shipping: Free for all orders.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 90 days – without giving a reason. After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.

  • Conditions:

    • Returns must be registered by emailing support@calmstrikepro.com.

    • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exception:

    • For promotional offers with a discount of 40% or more, and for bundled items like the free boxing gloves, a special rule applies: These items are only eligible for return if they are defective upon receipt.

7. Warranty

  • All CalmStrike PRO products come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

  • This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects – not damage caused by improper use, falls, or normal wear and tear.

  • CalmStrike PRO is not liable for damages resulting from the improper use of the product.

  • Please use the products according to the instructions and information provided on the website.

  • Liability for indirect damages, such as business interruption or loss of profit, is excluded.
