1. Our 90-Day Risk-Free Trial & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a generous 90-day satisfaction guarantee, which allows you to test CalmStrike PRO in the comfort of your own home. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it.

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 90 days of receiving your product. Please send a clear statement via email to:

Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to ship the product back.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged, and clean condition.

  • Whenever possible, please use the original packaging for the return.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Upon contacting us, we will provide you with our US-based return address and instructions.

⚠️ Please Note: Returns sent without prior notification to our support team will not be processed.

2. Exceptions for Promotional Sales

For products purchased with a discount of 40% or more, or for promotional items like the free boxing gloves included in a bundle, a special rule applies:

🔒 These promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund, except in the following cases:

  • The product is defective upon receipt.

  • There is visible damage from shipping.

These conditions are clearly communicated on the product page and during checkout.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund.

For an approved return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after your return has been processed.
